Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Products are shipped either from our warehouse in Iceland or the UK. Please see details regarding shipping cost and time here.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

We will dispatch your order usually within 2 working days. Then it depends on where you live, but the standard shipping time is 5-10 working days for standard shipping and 2-5 working days for express shipping.

Can I return my products at all times?

You can return your items, no questions asked, within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer full refund on returned products but freight cost is non-refundable.

Why does my bank statement say “Dalpay”?

Dalpay is our payment gateway service. Your payment is done by Dalpay and then transferred to us. We use a third party company to handle our payment to maximize security for you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number. You can find the tracking number by logging into your account. You can track your order by looking up your tracking number on the website by respective post company. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You cannot change your order if it has already been dispatched. Please return your order for a full refund and make a new order.

You can cancel your order, but if it has already been dispatched you will not get the shipping cost refunded. 

The item I received was defected, what do I do?

Oh no! Please contact us immediately on help@tulipop.com with information about the product and we will solve it for you quickly.

How do I get a log in to the wholesale shop?

You can contact us on wholesale@tulipop.com with a little bit of information about you and your shop and we will send you log in information to our wholesale shop.
