Placing an order

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction.

You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your order. We will not dispatch your order until payment has been made. 

Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items or delays in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

Prices & Taxes

Prices are quoted in UK pounds, Icelandic kronas, Euros or US dollars depending on your geographical location. You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency, you can pay by debit or credit card and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.

UK

  • All prices are quoted in UK Pounds and include VAT.
  • Items are shipped from our warehouse in the UK, if not otherwise stated on the product page, so no additional taxes or customs should apply.

EU

  • All prices are quoted in Euros and the goods have been zero-rated for VAT under the reverse charge rules.
  • Items are shipped from our warehouse in the UK, if not otherwise stated on the product page, so no additional taxes or customs should apply.

Countries outside EU

  • All prices are quoted in US dollars.
  • Items are shipped from our warehouse in the UK, if not otherwise stated on the product page, so additional taxes or customs could apply once it reaches your country.
  • All taxes, VAT, tariffs, customs charges and other are not included in our prices and are to be paid by the buyer.
  • Laws about shipping, goods, taxes and customs are different in each country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local Customs Office to verify whether it permits the shipment of the products to their country.

Processing Retailer

To maximize security, we never hold any credit/debit card details. They are held by third party payment providers.

DalPay Retail is an authorized retailer of products from Tulipop ehf. The description: “dalpay.is TULIPOP +18778657746” may appear on your card statement. Some banks and credit or debit card issuers may charge you an international processing fee. This international service fee is controlled and charged by your bank or card issuer and not by Tulipop ehf. or our payment processors. Please refer to INTLServiceFee.com.

Delivery

We deliver orders from our website globally from the UK, unless otherwise stated on the product display page. Your order will be dispatch from our warehouse usually within 2 working days since placing an order. We cannot guarantee that any item of merchandize is available at all times. Delivery may therefore be delayed by some days.

Should a product be damaged during the shipping from Tulipop to the buyer, it will be refunded in full.

Return of Items

Items bought in the Tulishop may be returned within 14 days if accompanied by our return form and original invoice, for a full refund. The items must be unused and in perfect condition. Postal and freight costs are not refundable. Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Should a manufacture fault in an item received from us be detected, please contact us on help@tulipop.com. Include your order number as well as details about the fault and preferably some pictures.

Instances like this are judged case by case. You can either have a new product delivered, a discount or return the product for a refund. Same goes for items that are damaged during shipping.

Items will only be fully refunded on the condition that the items have been used only as intended. Natural wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

If your delivery is not identical to your order, you got the wrong product or if a product is missing please contact us on help@tulipop.com and include your order number and details about your delivery and original order. We will do our best to correct the mistake quickly.

Product Information

We try to be as accurate as possible in the product description. However, we cannot guaranty that product descriptions or other content on the site is correct in all details. In addition, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be exactly right. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Product availability is not guaranteed. In case a product you just bought is not in stock and will no longer be available, you will get a full refund immediately.

Items in the Tulishop can occasionally be mispriced. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, even though the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made, we will immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price.

Cancellation

You can withdraw your order by emailing us before the order is dispatched. If the items have already been sent, we will not refund the shipping costs of the order.

Ownership

The sold item is the property of the seller until full payment is received. These conditions of business have been in use by Tulipop from January 1st 2014. The conditions are considered accepted and binding by the client (buyer) when business has taken place between buyer and seller.
